As Development approvals are issued in the owner's name and not in the name of the builder – development approvals can be procured and then provided to the builder of their choice for their use without duplication of cost.

Perth house design can prepare a development application using your formal design plans as a template – this is an efficient and cost-effective process as we are adding additional information and detail to your existing plans in order to meet the level of detail and information required for formal assessment by the local government authority.

Our services include:

1. Formal development application drawings.

2. Written justification correspondence relating to any variations to any local authority scheme, R-Codes or policy requirements.

4. Follow up and negotiation if applicable with the local government authority including representation at shire meetings if applicable.
